These Terms govern your use of the VIPNights website and your participation in the VIPNights founding list and venue waitlist. By using this site, you agree to these Terms.
VIPNights is a membership and access service that connects members with participating nightlife venues. VIPNights is not a venue. VIPNights does not own, operate, sell, serve, or furnish alcohol, and is not responsible for the conduct or operations of any venue.
VIPNights is in a pre-launch phase. Joining the founding list places you on a waitlist. It is free and is not a purchase. No membership is active and no charge is made today. Features, pricing, participating venues, and benefits described on this site may change before launch.
Member benefits such as priority entry, reserved space, and group-table priority are provided at the sole discretion of each participating venue and are subject to availability, capacity, venue rules, dress code, age requirements, and applicable law. Benefits are not guaranteed and may vary or be unavailable on any given night, including sold-out or special-event nights.
You must be 21 or older to join as a member, because participating venues are 21-and-over. You must present valid government-issued identification at the door. Entry remains subject to each venue's admission policies.
If VIPNights later offers paid membership, any recurring charges will be presented clearly before purchase with separate affirmative consent, and you will be able to cancel online at any time, consistent with California's automatic renewal law and applicable federal rules. Those terms will be provided at the time of any purchase.
Do not submit false information, abuse the forms, or attempt to disrupt the service.
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VIPNights is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the acts or omissions of any participating venue.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
