This Privacy Policy explains how VIPNights ("VIPNights", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use this website and join our founding list or venue waitlist.

Information we collect

Founding members: your email address and your confirmation that you are 21 or older. Optionally, your city.
Venues: venue name, contact name, email, city, the nights you want to fill, and any message you send.
Technical data: a one-way hashed form of your IP address (used for abuse prevention, not to identify you) and the country code provided by our network. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics.

How we use it

To add you to the VIPNights founding list or venue waitlist.
To contact you about launch, membership details, and pricing.
To prevent spam and abuse, and to understand aggregate site traffic.

How we store and share it

Your information is stored using Cloudflare infrastructure. We use Resend to send email. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with venues except in aggregate or as needed to operate the service, and we will tell you before any change to that practice.

Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request its deletion, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act. To exercise any right, contact us at hello@vipnights.co.

Email choices

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out of marketing email at any time.

Data retention

We keep waitlist information until launch and for a reasonable period afterward, or until you ask us to delete it.
